An authenticated voice. A seemingly legitimate identity. A video that appeared to confirm an instruction. This was the starting point of “Code Red: 72 Hours of AI-Powered Fraud,” an experience developed by Integratec in collaboration with Huawei Cloud.
The event brought together leaders and representatives from the financial and cooperative sectors to examine how fraud schemes are evolving through the use of artificial intelligence and what organizations need to respond to increasingly sophisticated threats.
Working in teams, participants faced a fraud scenario that evolved at every stage. As new evidence was introduced, they had to identify warning signs, assess the risks, and make decisions in response to a threat that became increasingly difficult to recognize.
The exercise transformed the cybersecurity conversation into a practical experience in which technology, analysis, and human judgment were essential to determining the most appropriate response.
During the event, we also presented Huawei Cloud’s capabilities for strengthening the security, resilience, and innovation of technology environments. These solutions can help organizations improve their preparedness, protect digital assets, and respond more efficiently to potential incidents.
“Code Red” exposed participants to situations similar to those organizations may face today, particularly those responsible for sensitive information, financial transactions, and critical operations.
